TRAINING SCHEDULE
We will be holding tryouts on Saturday August 13, 2011. We will meet on the track for our fitness assessment. Please bring comfortable shoes for running. Our Afternoon Practice will be at Cape Horn from 3-5pm. Please bring running shoes, cleats, and shin guards. ALL REMAINING PRACTICES FOR THE WEEK WILL BE AT CAPE HORN.
