Healthy Living in the 21st Century: Culinary and Environmental Design is a Year-long ABC rotation course
Students will practice the skills to become a Top Chef while preparing the latest "Green" nutritious recipes. Students will be able to identify healthy food choices as the base for a healthy lifestyle. Teamwork and cooperation as well as problem solving skills are encouraged in this project-based unit. In addition, students will use various aspects of the principles and elements of the design cycle to construct a sewing project that create a usable product for their living environment.
