Brad Engel has been teaching in the Queen Anne’s County Public School system since 1989. He is currently teaching at Kent Island High School in Maryland and lives with his wife Jackie and three children in Columbia, Maryland.
Introduction
During the past decade, interest in studying and learning about leadership has grown tremendously. Without effective leadership it is impossible to sustain quality.
