6TH GRADE PROJECTS
In 6th Grade students learn about the Elements of Art which include the following:
LINE (charcoal still life drawings)
SHAPE (constrution paper Matisse designs)
FORM (paper mache fish)
SPACE (city in one-point perspective)
COLOR
TEXTURE
All students are required to have a sketchbook or folder with blank white paper for art class. These will be used daily and be graded on a regular basis. Unfortunatly sketchbooks will not be sold in class this year, but they can be purchased at any school supply or art store.
