  Course Information

  • Students are graded daily on a 10 point scale.
  • Students will grade themselves at the end of class.
  • If the grade the teacher feels you earned doesn't match up with what you think you earned, we'll "compromise" with the teacher's score.
Things that factor into your daily grade:
  • dressing with YOUR OWN uniform (3 points)
  • effort during the entire class (warm up, skills/practice, games/activity)
  • behavior/sportsmanship during the entire class

I base grades heavily on effort and participation. Rarely do I ever grade skills or lack-there-of. If I do a skills test, I will typically do a pre and post test. I am looking for improvement rather than a super star athlete.

Occasional homework will be given to help further learning and understanding. It is also meant to help boost your grade. Assignments are meant to help, not hurt your grade.
