Intro. Spanish

Intro Spanish meets every other day all year.  The days will be designated Blue day or White day.  Please be sure to label days in your agenda book with Blue or White in order to be ready for class.

We will be using the book Avancemos, which can be accessed on line at www.classzone.com

Materials needed each class:

   binder

   pencil

   blue or black pen

   workbook - bring to class every day

   additional supplies for occassional use include: markers or colored pencils, scissors, glue sticks, a ruler

Grading:

   homework - 10%

   listening / speaking assessment - 15 to 20%

   Quarterly assessments - 10%

   other assessment (quizzes, tests, projects, skits, etc.) - 60 to 65%

Spanish I

Spanish I is a high school credit class that meets every day all year.

   other assessments (quizzes, tests, projects, skits, etc.) - 60%

This is a high school class.  The final grade in this class will become part of your high school grade point average (GPA).  To receive the credit toward graduation, you must pass the class and pass the final exam in June.
